PegaSaveDetect (PSD) is a tool created by my team. It isn't part of the product or an officially released tool. It is something that support uses to debug a specific class of problem. It's not even the tool we go to first because it isn't the easiest to use and often opens a whole can of worms that need to be untangled. If you are experiencing an issue that GCS thinks you'll need PSD to debug, the engineer involved should walk you through it.
