What is the most efficient way for field level change tracking ?

What is the most efficient way for field level change tracking ? Pega case will be created using data from a external application. and whenever the user changes the data in Pega, it has to be tracked and displayed as a summary of changes done by the user ?

I agree with Santanu. One slight caveat, that article was written for 6.x. If you are using Pega 7, you'll want to look in the help for more version specific guidance. Here's a good place to start. https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v719/procomhelpmain.htm?
