Standard Agent Not Running Automatically

Hi All,

WE have Created Standard Agent, which is periodically configured. It has to execute the queue items, but the agent not running automatically.Every Time, need to start from the SMA.

Suggest me on this to avoid this Issue.

Did you check the node level configuration for this agent? Pls check the auto-enable check box both per row wise and agent wise to enable auto start of that agent.

Hi SwarnenduM,

 

Checked in Agent Schedule node level, Both row wise and Agent level are enabled. Still, we are facing the issue.
