Tracking emails using pega
As a part of our application we are using outbound emails to communicate audit notice and email listeners to read the read receipts and undelivered emails. We need a unique ID to map the send out email to the corresponding read receipt. We tried using message ID but it is not working for external domains. Since the emails are tagged as secured emails the subject is not reatins in the reponse mails. Is there any way that this could be achieved using pega
