Tracer issue while trying to trace file-listener from Service-file rule
File listener is picking the csv file, and i could see the listener working fine in Log-Service-File, but case is not created. Need to debug the issue but i am unable to run tracer.
Can anyone please suggest me what could the possible reason.

Hello,
Have you tried to set the DEBUG level on the activity doing the job?

Hi,
Please add below debug logger from designer studio.
com.pega.pegarules.engine.tracer |
You can also try to use remote tracing. It will help.
Thanks,

Hi,
I believe that the message in your screenshot is expected when two operators (or the same operator in two different requestors) attempt to trace a service rule. Ending the other session should allow you to trace.
Hope this helps!

I have frequently seen this on our in-house systems. For some reason, a previous Tracer process never died even though the UI stopped showing it; and now you have two. I've had to wait a few hours until the process was automatically cleaned up. Frustrating to no end. I've never tried to find the Requestor running the Tracer and kill it -- not sure how easy that might be.

Hi,
Can you try to kill the requesters of the operator C5100337.
If you are on Pega 8.x you can find it easily in the admin studio.

Hi,
Which version of Pega are you using? For Pega7.4 HFix-54709 is there for this error message in tracer.
Thank you,
