File listener is not calling service File rule

I have created File Listener, Service Package, Service File and Activity. I am able to run the Service File rule individually(Actions -> Run) and the activity is getting executed. But when I am placing file (XML) in the folder, File Listener is picking the file but Service File rule is not getting called. On tracing the listener, nothing is getting traced and also no logs are written.

Version is 8.1

Hi There,

It suggests that Listener is running for sure and also calling the service most probably.
Have you traced with service option enabled on Tracer settings.

Hi Ujwal,

Yeah, I have traced with service option enabled on Tracer settings but still no events on Tracer. And also no logs are written.
