Hi,

I have created a file listener , file service , parser and an activity for file processing. When i try to test the file service only, it is calling parser and activity both and I am getting the desired results as well.

When i try to test the file listener and place a .csv file at desired path, my service file rule is getting executed and even parser is executed but the activity that is called in service file rule is not being executed.

I tried all the security options like passing the id, pwd of operator or removing the authenticaton check but its not working. There is no error as well related to authentication.

Please help.
