Trace Service Email
Hi,
We are not seeing the option to TRACE service email in our production environment. However we see it in our Non-Prod environments.
Is it because production levels are high in production environment ?
Operator has SysOpsAdministrator role in higher and lower environments.

Yes that sounds like prod level configuration. Tracing in Production remains quite rare do you really want to trace? Don't you have sufficient info on your logs?
