Trace open service not working
Trace opening a service rule doesn't trace anything. However the tracer works good from the designer studio. Has anyone come across this?

Added with what Harish has requested. I would also like to know the test case ? I mean how you are trying to trace the rule . Is it when you are trying to run it in a application or is it when you are running it in standalone way ?

Hi,
I am facing similar issue in PRPC 7.2
whn trying to invoke SOAP service from SOAP UI, tracer is not working for the service rule. Can anyone suggest why it is not working?

Hi,
Are you using any load balancer url to trigger the call or direct url. if its direct url check tracer settings and enable all the rules and rulesets(just to make sure we are on right path).
If you are hitting load balancer URL then change the URL to specific node and please trace.

Is the Trace Open wasn't working for all Service rule types (Service File, Email etc ?) or a specific rule type ?
