Service monitoring is not working
Service monitoring is not working .
1) Created the DSS rule (Pega-IntegrationEngine • service/EnableGlobalMonitoring ) value is "Deferred".
2) Configured service monitoring on service package as "As defined on service rule"
3) Service monitoring is ON in Service Rest rule .
Couple of service requests are sent in "service requestor context" and don't see anything in Invocation history for this service in service package ,

Looks like the configurations are right .
After adding DSS did you restart your server ?
If not please restart the server and check once .

Thanks..we didn't restrat the system .. we will give try after restarting the systems.. Do we really need DSS settings? According to help documention ,if setting doesn't exist then it takes as Deferred. The same usecase didn't work before creating DSS as well..

Have you enabled Monitoring on Service package and tested if the calls are being recorded or not instead of delegating to Service rule configuration change? just to make sure if this is happening with all the options.
