How to trace SSO (SAML) authentication service and authentication activity
Hi ,
Currently we have LDAP authentication is authenticating the users. Now we are trying to implement SSO using SAML.
Could you please help us How to trace SSO (SAML) authentication service and authentication activity? On which page ADFS attributes will be available to create new operator if operator is not exist in pega? Thank you.

Hi Hari,
I am using V 7.2 . I don't see any information about tracing part in the above URL's. We are implementing SAML based SSO. It's automatically open new tab and logged in when user clicked on the link. Is there any way that we can trace service and activity like as Email Service? Thank you.

Hi Hari,
From SMA, You can choose the requestor session with User name as Unauthenticated under Requestor Management. If you are not able to find the session, the only way is to include log messages for debugging.
