Tool to identify the report error

Please let me know the correct answer, as I am getting different answers from different sources.

While testing a business process to approve an expense report, you receive an error. Which tool allows you to review the rule execution to determine the source of the error?

The correct answer for this would be 3) The Tracer as you see the rule execution steps in tracer and also find the source for the error.
