OOTB tool for schedule reports
Hi all,
I would like to send a report monthly to operators which belong to an access group. Pega offers an OOTB tool for schedule that (following the steps in the video attached below) but only for specific operators (not access groups).
My question is: is there a way to send this report to an access group?

There is no OOTB way to do this.
It's possible you could de-construct the scheduling flow and use the appropriate pieces to write an activity to schedule all the members of an access group at once, but it wouldn't be worth the effort, as I suspect that's not what you actually want. Doing this would not maintain the subscriber list to reflect any changes in the membership of the access group. The subscriber list would remain static.

I am not sure about sending the report to access group level however the interested users can subscribe to the reports.
