Schedule Report Question
Building a report. With this report I would like to have the report scheduled to be emailed.
I have configured the scheduling below but it does not appear in my inbox.

**Schedule Email Solution**
OOTB Activity: Send Mail pyActionSendMail on step #9 was property setting “Default” for the outbound email.
This outbound email had not been previously configured correctly.
Now it works fine!

Whenever you schedule a report then systems will created Schedule Task work object. You can see the schedule task work object at Designer Studio -> Reporting -> Components > Schedule Tasks.
System will generate the Queue Item of type System-Queue-ScheduleTask class.
There is agent called ScheduledTaskProcessor processes the queue items and it is failed, then corresponding queue item will be moved to broken-process state.
So kindly check whether queue items is moved to broken-process state or not. If yes , you can see the error message in queue item xml
