Ticklers not supported for Emails in SI framework

Hi,

Can someone guide me on why the pega Smart Investigation framework does not support Ticklers for Email correspondence. It supports for Fed svc, Structured & Swift but not for emails..

Currently im working on requirement to enable ticklers for emails. But facing complications with the correspondence flow. Hence i want to know why email correspondence is having a different implementation. The concern is on the CorrCreateSBS and AppCorrCreate flows.
