Hi,

we are studying the possibility of implementing Chat and Email Bots, but we handle clients in four different languages + local swissgerman dialects, which we would need to parse too.

Are there language support packages available for the bots? And, if so, are these extendeable so we could hopefully build our own swissgerman parsing package based on the German one?
