Email is not being sent on Pega Smart Dispute Framework
Hi
I am encountering an issue while resolving a dispute case. The correspondence is being correctly attached to the claim case; however, the email is not being sent to the customer’s email address.
I have verified the email account configuration and tested the connectivity, which returned a successful result. The CorrNew activity is being triggered from the Update Status activity as expected, but the email is still not getting delivered. When I open the attached correspondence, it displays a status of “Not yet sent” in the top right corner.
Could someone please advise what might be causing this issue? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
