Email account support for Microsoft Exchange protocol

Hi,

I have configured SMTP (outbound) and IMAP (inbound) in the Data-EmailAccount instance multiple times in the past but not with Microsoft Exchange server.

Question 1:
Does Pega Platform support Microsoft Exchange for email sending & receiving.

Question 2:
If I understand correctly, Microsoft Exchange can be configured to use multiple protocols, like SMTP, IMAP, MAPI, Exchange, and so on. This "Exchange" protocol is Microsoft's own protocol which is DIFFERENT from general SMTP or IMAP. Is that correct?

Question 3:
If Question #1 and #2 are both true, where does Pega Platform know user wants to use Exchange protocol?

Assuming question 1 is just a general, can Pega integrate with Microsoft Exchange for email, the answer is yes, if a supported protocol is in use.

As far as I know, SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 are the only supported email protocols supported at this time.
