throwDetailedRuleNotFoundException

when upgrade from pega 7.4 to pega 8.41 when upgrade the database,  it shows throwDetailedRuleNotFoundException(VirtualTableCandidateRuleResolverImpl.java:736)

and also error message java.sql.SQLException: HikariDataSource HikariDataSource (HikariPool-1) has been closed.

Any idea? has tried two days but still cannot solve the issue. thanks.
