Is there a report that would tell me what Rules changed and who changed them.

I am trying to run a report and see what rules were modified and who changed them.

Hi Fabian,

Would the Application -> Development landing page be of help to you? I am looking at a 7.1.9 system right now and it has subpages to show Recent Actions, Checked Out Rules, Weekly Rule Updates, and Developer Activity.
