Bring out old old rules from the "Compliance Score" report without resaving them
We want to bring out old rules from the "Compliance Score" Report. We want to justify old rules, which are only needed for a special release without saving them to a newer ruleset, which makes no sense, is there a possibility to do this without resaving the rule in locked rulesets?

You can think of creating branch ruleset only for this purpose and once done, merge the branch to the required ruleset.
