Is there a list of known Hotfixes for Pega 7.1.8
We are in process of upgrading PRPC v6.2 SP2 to Pega 7.1.8 (onboarding + kyc ruleset) at client site. Is there a list of known hotfixes released for Pega 7.1.8 platform ?

I am not aware of a formal list, but I'm also not aware of any "critical" HFixes. All of the HFixes for Pega 7.1.8 should have followed the standard process and created support articles, so if you run into an issue and find an SA referencing an HFix, you can reach out to GCS and request it. Or if you want the latest and greatest code, you can just go straight to Pega 7.1.9 which contains all of the HFixes that were created while it was in development.

Couple of points.
- We do not publish Pega 7 fixes to Hotfix Self-Service. (If you have read a support article which matches your symptom and a HFix is the solution, then reach out to GCS to obtain your fix)
- We also no longer list out every HFix available should you run system scanner. We only list the "critical" ones.
To confirm Mike's awareness 0 have been made for 7.1.8 to date.
