There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator - Portals
Hi,
We have a managers portal and when we are trying to access it, we are getting the error
"There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator"
The Prod environment works fine and I can launch manager portal from there, however when trying to access the manager portal with the link, managers are unable to connect.
We have already cleared browsing history/cookies/cache however the problem is still the same.
Can someone please help me on this.
