I am getting this error when I try to open a particular activity in training "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator"
Can anyone help me on this - it seems to be for all the exercises in the module containing - no issues in previous modules, but can't get in to do any exercises for designer@tgb:

Found the answer, I went back to an older exercise when we had to use the author@tgb login and tried logging in from there.
Looks like the training link may be pointing users to another location where they can't login from.
I also removed past 7 days of cache from chrome, which is around when I started studying for certification exam
This link below from the training allowed me to login.
Hope this helps someone who's also running into this issue.

Check the logs (DesignerStudioàOperationsàLogs) if you find any exceptions in the logs please let me know .
