Pega Reports Error - There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator
We have implemented Pega reports using Report definitions(Record >> Report >> Report Definition) and then we are displaying on reporting browser in user portal.
The reports are opened correctly on executing using Action >> Run on Report definition but on user portal the reports fail with Error - "There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator"
I tried to trace the activity and found the report fails at PZOPENREPORTFORSHORTCUT with below message
Unable to open an instance using the inputs provided: pxObjClass = "Rule-Obj-Report-Definition", pyClassName = "XXXX", pyStreamName = "<<ReportName>>"
The same error is seen on PZCHECKREPORTSECURITY.
Do we have any solution for this Reports issue?
