Can you provide more information - specifically, go into the PegaRULES logfile and find the complete exception details including the stack trace, and post them here? The operator ID and Requestor ID should be helpful for finding the correct logfile entries.
I'm actually doing exercise for Pega Platform Foundations 7.2 course. The error occurs while I am trying to open an existing Create/Review view from a Case type Expense Report (as you can see details in my photo attached).
Operator Id: Author@TGB
Requestor ID: H5F199635FA18CF51A5006B54F2E267D5.
Could you please guide me how to find the PegaRULES logfile?

You can access pegaRULES log file from Designerstudio>System>operations>Logs. From that page select log files and then open pegaRULES log and find the correct error that's getting populated when the issue happens(You can do this as sylschinco suggested)
