In Theme-Cosmos 03.01, how to open a new tab from the primary navigation menu
Hi,
How to open a new tab in primary navigation in Theme-Cosmos 03.01?
We need to open the custom harness in a new tab from the primary navigation in the User Portal. And "Create" has the same requirements. In some cases, we need to open the harness in a new tab from MainContent.
The tab layout of AjaxContainer does not work as expected on Theme-Cosmos. https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/ajax-container-does-not-work-correctly-theme-cosmos
I have already read the following articles. Does not meet our requirements.

Theme-Cosmos 03.01 seems to support multiple browser tabs. So, is there a way to meet this requirement in the browser tab?

@ShingoA0 in Theme-Cosmos 3.0, the search input in the main nav is opening the search results in a new page using the api
pega.desktop.infinity.openPageInNewTab - have you tried this function?

I am not able to find function "pega.desktop.infinity.openPageInNewTab" in Theme-Cosmos 1.0, Is there a way to achieve this?

@Meghana Madala this in not in theme-cosmos 01-01 - need to upgrade to 8.6 and theme-cosmos 03-01 where you will have this function available - I do not recommend to try backporting to previous version - it will not work and is not supported
