I am currently working on a solution that uses OOTB Text Analyser for processing incomming emails. Do any of you know how can I extend this functionallity so it can match products stored as instances of a specific class? And mark them as a known product entity? I've tried to look on a sample ruta scripts. but it seems it's all about reg'ex which not exactly applies in my current scenario.
