Team Profile Management

Hi, In V5.5 we had a OOB feature called Operator Profile management where Manager can update there team profile (like skills, Availability and so on).

We upgraded to 7.9 with CSi FW 7.1.4. Now i have to enable this feature in CPMInteractionPortal, i dont see any such Plugin tool available ?

Can any one guide me how to get this added in to CPMInteractionPortal ?

User can indicate this information by opening the Operator ID rule and updating the Work tab.

Is this what you are referring to?

I am unaware of any wizard or tool that allows manager to do this from the portal.  It needs to be done in Designer Studio.
