my team - Workgroup - Team member

Could you please explain, OOB, whose worklist is displayed when we go thru this path..
Added My Team (navigation rule) -> shows all the work groups in the application (Customized to show only the workgroups associated with the profile) -> Click on the work group -> displays the users in that workgroup -> Click on any user, the user worklist is expected to be shown...
Sys is pulling up current profile worklist, instead of showing the workgroup-user worklist.
Could you please explain what is OOB functionality... ?
Datapages are extensively used in this area, and sys is expecting profileID and WorkGroupID from the D_OperatorID... there seems to be some gap and Sys is always pulling current login worklist...

Is this below your own implementation?

Per OOTB, if I open any instance of workgroups, it will display the "Manager", "Default workbasket" and "Manager IDs" fields.
Please try to click "Records" [left panel of your designer studio] -> "Organization" -> "Work Group" -> will display all instances of Work Groups -> click on any one to open it.
I may not fully understand your requirement. Please clarify more.

Its an OOB gadget.
if we click on a member, the screen refreshs and show the User detail and his worklist...
I was facing the issue with the worklist, System is pulling up my worklist, instead of the User (from the click event)...

There is a Defer Load on the worklist section, which is causing section to reload, clearing the existing params... so the pzGetWorkList datapage activity step1 is reset the OperatorID as current user and displaying the work cases...
