Sending message to all the workgroup members using Pega Pulse
Hi All,
Currently PEGA pulse has options of sending message to Public and private. In private it allows to send any of the application user. We have requirement to send the messages to all the users present in particular work group. Also message should only visible to the tagged workgroup users and the author.
Can this be achieved with OOTB?

You could use pega teams feature to achieve this. If user posting some public post inside respective work group teams, then only the work group member's will receive the mail and easily you could build restriction to make the group member's alone have access to their teams.
But if you need to enable the same functionality across all over application where all you are using pulse then it would take some time to build this feature, you need to build the functionality from scratch by using pega OOTB you would not be able to achieve this.

@Gunasekaran Baskaran Thanks for your reply. I am looking enhancements from PEGA to send the messages to particular work group members from case feed while moving case to workbasket.
