Is Team Management actually enabled in 7.3.1?

The help files for 7.3.1 talk about Team Management, but I can't find any way to create/manage teams nor any rules that might allow this. Does this functionality actually exist in 7.3.1, or is it something that's only in later versions but has accidentally been included in the 7.3.1 help file?

When I open the Case Manager portal, I see a My Teams navigation option on the left.

When I click on My Teams, I can access my team and edit the members.

I am using the UI Kit so I am using pyCaseManagerLinks from UI-Kit-7:10-01-01. It looks like the version in Pega-EndUserUI:07-10-33 does not have the My Teams navigation option so you might need to add the UI Kit to your application.
