I have been noticing an issue in the care management framework. i.e when we open and close multiple cases one after the other 4-5 times. care team details, appointment details, etc are not loading. It shows a busy indicator icon and it won't show data until the user hits browser refresh. After we recently upgraded to 8.5.4 it is happening quite often.
We tried to reproduce the steps by creating multiple cases in 8.5.x server. we could not replicate above the issue in care manager portal. It is taking few seconds to load and after that the work area is populated with all the tabs and data. Could you please mention if the above issue is noticed when you are trying to create multiple cases for a member or trying to open the cases from different tabs multiple times ?
