Need details for Slack/MS Teams Integration
@HenrikW I have seen the component which you developed for Slack integration in Pega Marketplace Slack Integration | Pega We have similar requirement to integrate MS Teams with Pega digital messaging. Our Pega digital messaging helps employee to ask HR related queries and BOT responds with an appropriate answer.
Our business needs similar feature in MS Teams so that employees do not have to login to Pega portal to use Pega chatbot.
Could you let me know if you have any documentation available on how to install and test your component? We will try to integrate our Pega DM with Slack to see if it works and it would be really great if you could suggest us on how to integrate MS teams with Pega digital messaging.

@Sandip Pattalwar The Slack integration on Pega marketplace is a simple one that only support posting messages from Pega to a slack channel. I have not experimented with MS Teams integrations and their APIs. Exposing Pega Chatbot (Digital Messaging) in MS teams chats requires the use of the Client Channel API and an "message relay" app in Pega that transforms and forward messages from teams to Pega Digital Messaging. Unfortunately I have not found a step-by-step tutorial how to configure this...

@HenrikW Thanks for your reply. I am facing an issue in implementation as I don't see any step-by-step guide on MS Teams-Pega integration. Even if I get high level steps about which components to be built and any online tutorial on how to build those components, that will really help.
