Synching of feedback items between JIRA and Pega Agile Workbench

Hi,

Please can somebody advise if feedback items from Agile work bench can also be pushed and synchronized with JIRA Project board and vice versa.

I have seen the same for bugs and stories but haven't seen for feedback items.

Hello,

The synchronization happens only for Bugs and Stories. The feedbacks have to be resolved in Agile workbench as stories or bug. Once resolved as bug or story, the corresponding item would get created in Jira.
