Pega Agile Workbench Integration With Jira

Hello,

I'm trying to do the integration between Agile Workbench but I'm facing an issue.

I followed the steps in Integrating Agile Workbench with JIRA where I installed the component, configured the Auth profile etc. until I reached the 10th step

  • Select JIRA.
  • Provide the API URL for JIRA, and click Connect.

When I insert the Jira URL I get this error

Although the API URL is correct.

I tried using both syntaxes ( Full URL and the short one)

And there are no connection problems between PEGA and the rest API of JIRA

Any help?

Hello,

It was a network issue between pega and jira server and it was fixed by installing an ssl certificate on pega.
