JIRA: Integrating Agile workbench with JIRA
Hi,
I have followed from steps 1 to 9 from the link : https://pdn.pega.com/integrating-agile-workbench-jira
In the steps 10. Provide API URL from JIRA, I have given http://localhost:8181/rest/api(as I am using JIRA in local server)
In the next Screen, as below
After this I am not able to proceed with the integration

Seems to be there is connection issue, do you see any errors in log files ? Please attach log files for analysis.

Hi,
Try enabling the logs from Rule_Obj_Activity.pyInvokeRESTConnector.Rule_Connect_REST.Action and see if you are able to see any error message in logs.

As you are able to give the url and come to this screen, your pega box is able to connect to jira server.
In the above screen when you click on drop down are you seeing any projects from jira?
Do you see any log errors when you click on begin integration? or do a trace of begin integration and share the tracer and log details.

Please provide the correct JIRA credentials in the PM_Jira_AuthProfile. I was facing the just the same issue. url is correct which why there were no issue in the first step. But Credentials you have given might not correct.
