Survey in Next Best Offer Customer Intent section

Hi

I would like to display a pega survey after clicking on an Intent .

I see that there is an activity ' GetSurveyName' in PegaOMF-ON-Work class.

I want to prove that clicking an intent can trigger a survey.

If anyone is aware of any documentation on this , it would be great.

Hi Siva,

On click of intent, configure 'run a local action' in the action set and in the section which is configured in that flow action, use 'SurveySection' API. You can simply include section named 'SurveySection' in that section and in parameters tab, select the survey you want to display.

Hi

Thanks for your help on this matter.

Im on Pega 7.2.1. I was able to see 'SurveySection' and Im currently having issues rendering the survey.
Can you point me to the any documentation that details the use of out of the box survey API.
