Status SR-C52954 and SR-C31292?

Unable to use the Email Listener without IMAP/POP3 protocol

SA-57716

We face this issue, but cannot find the status of the solution. We found two SR numbers which might provide a solution: SR-C52954 and SR-C31292

However, we are unable to view the contents of these SR's, I guess because they were raised outside our company.

Who can provide a solution for our issue?

Hi,

I think only  IMAP/POP3 are supported. The same explanation is provided in SR as well.

Hi,

As you specifically looking for solution provided for SR-C52954 and SR-C31292. I have checked both of these SR's. According to these SR's this feature is currently not supported in Pega and we have an enhancement(FDBK- 24629) already being raised for this  feature.

Ok, bottomline, an enhancement (FDBK- 24629) was raised to solve the issue. However it is unknown if and when this will be available for use. So for now, this post can be closed.
