Standard Work Portals not loading up
Hi all, in one of our apps built on Constellation, we are facing the issue that none of our standard work portals (including Pega's OOTB Web Portal) is loading. I've checked the URL settings and tried all available solutions I could find but none has worked out so far.
Trying to launch the Web Portal from Dev Studio results in the following error:
The screen remains blank.
In App Studio, trying to select the Web Portal in Preview mode would repeatedly reload the App Studio Overview page and not allow for any portal display either.
Any ideas on how to solve this are much appreciated. Thank you.

@StefanJ the support ticket has been closed with the following conclusion:
Symptoms:
when an insight is deleted, it is not reflected in the portal view references. This leads to the issue you experienced, where deleted insights are still linked to the homepage resulting in a 404 error. Reference deleted assets, (ie Insights) fail to render at runtime. .
Recommendation:
Please ensure that insights are removed from view references before deletion. Additionally, we recommend recreating the pyHome landing page and advise against making changes to the portal's JSON schema to avoid further complications.

It seems that the Infinity server is experiencing difficulties downloading the C11N from the Pega Cloud server. This problem may be caused by your firewall settings or an incorrect C11N URL. Please double-check the C11N URL for accuracy. If the issue continues even after confirming the correct URL, please get assistance from your network team to resolve this issue.

Thanks @RameshSangili for your quick response. We have investigated the issue further and eventually had to open a support ticket with Pega. We are still waiting for their response. I'd be happy to share the outcome here once I've got notice.

Thanks for getting in touch. The support ticket ID is INC-B34381. We've opened the incident already 10 days ago and meanwhile had to launch a time-critical app with no working portal in place. Our next release is now pending with only the portal issue being a blocker. So if there is anything you could do to bring us closer to a solution this would be of great help. Thank you!

@StefanJ INC-B34381 has been worked on by several teams, most recently after a transfer when the UI/Constellation team identified some issues with the JWT Token. Your log files received last week are in the process of being investigated.
I have notified them that you are requesting an update.

@MarijeSchillern is there anything you could do from your end to support us in that, please? We have escalated the severity of this issue multiple times but all we have received today was a message that the issue could be reproduced and the tracer did not show anything to build on. Thank you.
