Constellation portal is not loading
We configured constellation cdn and appstatic services on-prem recently and while it works for one of the environments, for one of the other environment, we get below error in the Chrome developer console (in the network tab, we see all calls to cdn service are successful with 200 response codes):
SyntaxError: Unexpected token ')', ")]}',
{"is"... is not valid JSON
As a result, 'Web Portal' doesn't load and also the 'User Interface' tab for the case designer.
Any insights into this will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Akshit,
The error shows that some syntax error may be some braces are not closed properly, can you take alook in to where the braces are not closed otherwise paste your code here i can help you on that.

@RameshSangiliI didn't trace as its the response from cdn service that contains ill-formed JSON (see attached)

Our engineer is waiting for your response : Below observation from GCS engineer:

Current Status: I checked your HAR files and it looks that configuration is not the same:
Header request URL for lib_asset.json are different:
This indicates that configuration is different and response in not rorking example is not correct.
Next Steps:
Akshit Garg:
1. Please review your server configuration.
2. Make sure you do not have any c11n url overrides on your user level.
3. Review again documentation:

Observation is that if all other servers work except this one than something is not configured correctly.
json response from bad server is not correct.

Please also post C11n URLs configurations for working and not working scenario.
They should point to the same services if they are the same Pega versions.

@Akshit Garg please double check your configuration of C11n URLs.
Please see my internal lab header for the same library.
It should get data from REACT server (C11n URL).
Since all your Pega C11n servers are on the same version than for all of them
you can configure the same the same C11n URLs.
Below the same call from my internal environment
