Constellation setup issues in Azure Cloud
1. we installed Pega Infinity 24.1 docker images on AKS and then installed Pega CS and CSI frameworks.
2. Later we installed Constellation Pega docker image for AppStatic and Message service.
3. Updated two DSS values ConstellationPegaStaticURL and ConstellationSVCURL with the installed appstatic service url value "clienthost/c11n"
4. On launching constellation portal , the portal is loading blank and seeing errors in logs, PFA logs.
Also we are seeing buildinfo.json undefined error in Constellation logs.
Questions-
1. If customer is on their own cloud and does not allow internet connectivity to pegacloud, do we need to install PegaStatic docker image, if so can you please point us to the documentation and the correct docker image to be installed . Currently we installed only this image "constellation-appstatic-service/docker-image" given at this url https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/deployment/client-managed-cloud/pega-docker-images-manage.html , this link does not talk about PegaStatic docker image .
2. Also Is there any Customer Service specific DSS value to be set for ConstellationPegaStaticURL , ConstellationSVCURL either of these.
3. Is it mandatory to install Constellation messaging service?

@sravanth_s Looking into the logs I can `see javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException`, To run constellation services you must have a valid ssl certificate chain (Root CA -> Intermediate -> leaf). Using self signed certificate won't work.
we recommend that for on-prem install, services are behind a load balancer, and the cert goes on the load balancer
Deploying Constellation Messaging Service
If the client is fully running on-premise and there is a strict policy on internet connection, you need to host the entire constellation stack. At this stage, please refer to your Account Team to help you with that process.
