Stale Assignment Issue
Hi,
There are few work objects in User's work list which are "Resolved Completed". When I open the case it diaplays below error message.
"Assignment Error - Work Item's assignment has been changed"
Unable to reproduce the issue yet.
Any idea how to fix the issue?

Hi Jayami,
On reviewing the SR, we noted that the the issue was resolved after deselecting the writenow parameter that was used with the Obj-save method.

What Pega version are you using? I would start by looking at the work object history for the objects where the issue occurred and see if there are any similarities. Then see if you can reproduce the issue by following the same path shown in the history.

Hello,
You shouldn't have any "Resolved Completed" work objects on a user's work list. A work list is just supposed to handle assignments for open work objects. It looks like the work object has been resolved but the assignment is remaining. This is a missed configuration, you will need a ticket on your flow to automatically remove the assignment when somebody else is closing the case.

This is an sporadic issue which we were identified in Production Env. We were not able to replcate the issue in lower environments.

Hi Jayami,
If this is sporadic in Production, I would check history records of broken cases. Following this approach you might be able to identify a root cause scenario.
