ResumeFlow assignment issue

Hi, guys

I have issue with case resolving via ResumeFlow acitivity - workbasket assignment is not deleted after case goes to Resolved-Completed.

What's going on - agent launches OOTB ResumeFlow activity on some work object with WB assignment (final stage). Work object goes to Resolved-Completed status successfully, but WB assignment is still present in the table.

However, if same object gets resolved via Service Level, clean up occurs.

Am I doing somehing wrong? Maybe I should clean up assignment manually, or use another approach for resolving case?

Hello,

From here it is difficult to say but I would recommend you to trace the working scenario with the SLA and then trace your not working scenario with the custom agent to check both.

Maybe you've done it already, did you notice anything obviously different ?
