flow issue of assignment

When trying to open a case i am getting error "his assignment's pxFlowName property is blank"

can i know what does it mean and how i can fix this.

Hello,

I believe the pxFlowName should be the property holding the flow name associated with a current assignment.

Having a pxFlowName missing is quite rare. Can you reproduce this scenario and check where the value has been lost?
