Stage SLA did not run Deadline action

Hi,

I have added a stage SLA for my case. I've checked the SLA goal and deadline times that were set under pxFlow(pzInternalStageFlow) and they were set correctly. I also have an assignment SLA under this stage. I've set the stage SLA to have a 5 minute deadline for testing purposes whereas the assignment SLA is a few days away (set by a property). However, the stage SLA's deadline action didn't seem to run. Urgency was also not added in pxUrgencyWorkStageSLA property of pyWorkPage. Is there something that I'm missing here?

Looks like it ran the action long after my set deadline time. As you will see in the screen shots below, it ran the deadline action to call Notify flow after almost an hour since the stage started instead of after 5 minutes.
