Need to add SLA for the flow based on deadline computed during one of the step in a stage

I need to set SLA for whole flow based on number of rows of a excel which we are parsing in one of process in first stage. I have to route to another workbasket if deadline exceeds. How to implement this?

Hello, 

Can you add more details or screen shots. How is your flow configured? Do you only have a single assignment in this flow? 

Could you try to setup the SLA at process or stage level instead maybe? What Pega version are you running exactly?

I'm using pega 8.1. I dont have any assingment. It's an automated flow in case of any exception I need to route it for manual completion of case. If i'm configuring process level means , wont it check only for the stage or process? I need to set for whole flow.
