SR - Add a customer
Hi everyone, we need to open an SR for a customer which is not visible in the Company drop down menù of a SR window. Which is the right procedure to follow to add a customer?

If you need to submit an SR, please do so via the My Support Portal (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/how-raise-sr-my-support-portal-how-question). If you are with a Pega partner, and don't see an option for the end customer that you're working with, just mention that in the SR description, and the engineer who triages the SR can take care of that.
