Not able to add Context for Customer
I am trying to add a new context for customer class of our Marketing application(PEGA Infinity 8.1). We need it to create a new segment in the new customer class. I am trying to create all the necessary rules and add it into context dictionary whereas it's not getting saved. No errors encountered on screen as well as tracer. I have attached screenshots of all the necessary rules i have created, please let me know if I am missing something. I doubt if this is happening due to huge load of customers.
Please help me out if anything is wrong within my process.

Does your customer class have inheritance to PegaMKT-Data-Customer?
I see you have ProductID as the key. Have you created two versions of this as per implementation guide?

My customer class was already created by the guy who was responsible to build class structure.yes , it's inherited from pegaMKT-Data-Customer like below:
PegaMKT-Data-Customer(key:CustomerID)->PegaComm-Data-Customer-NBAMCCustomer(Key:ProductID)->MYOrg-Data-Customer(Key:ProductID)

I think the configuration of CustomerUsage in Context Dictionary is slightly incorrect. From the document you uploaded, I see you are configuring CustomerUsage as an association to itself. You need to define CustomerUsage as an association the "Customer" context in the Context Dictionary.

No. My suggestion was that the CustomerUsage association should be created in the Customer class and then configured in the Context Dictionary n the "Customer" context. In the document you have attached, it shows that you are adding CustomerUsage association to the CutomerUsage class itself which I don't think is correct.
