Could you please provide more description of the issue faced at your end? I could see a thumbnail attached but not able to open it. Do screen-shot depicting issue and logs as well capturing the event.

Do you have the access to create the case, can you please go through your operator's access role and verify the same.

If I use Change Stage under smart shapes or I use Subprocess then I am thinking that I will get almost same type of functionality. Please explain what is difference between Subprocess and Change Stage
